EXCHANGE, RETURN, AND WARRANTY POLICY – NEXU LOGISTICS

We want to ensure your satisfaction with your order, but we understand that, on some occasions, you may need to request a return, exchange, or warranty claim. In such cases, we want to hear about your experience to help resolve any issues and continuously improve our products.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, the products must be in the same condition as when you received them—unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. You have 15 calendar days to exercise this right.

  • A copy of the purchase receipt (physical or online) showing the order number.
  • A copy of the buyer’s ID.
  • Contact information.

Damages or Irregularities in Delivery

It is your responsibility to open and inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any irregularities, such as receiving an incorrect or damaged product or an open package, please contact us immediately at m.poblete@bycsa.co so we can provide a timely solution.

Exceptions to Exchanges and Returns

  • Once a product has been opened and used, returns or withdrawals from the purchase are not applicable.
  • Exchanges and returns do not apply to promotional products.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
  • We reserve the right to modify this Exchange, Return, and Warranty Policy at any time, as well as the terms of our Privacy Policy.
